Foreword
This product is a non-air-entraining naphthalene-based high-efficiency water reducer with β-naphthalenesulfonic acid formaldehyde condensation polymer as the main component. With high water reducing rate and obvious strengthening effect, it can greatly improve the fluidity of concrete and improve workability. This product does not contain sulfate and chlorine salts, has no corrosion effect on steel bars, is non-toxic and non-polluting, and can save about 5-15% of cement. It is widely used in roads, railways, bridges, tunnels, dams, ports, high-rise buildings and power engineering. It is used to prepare high-performance concrete with high fluidity, high strength and high impermeability.
Main features
1. High water reduction, according to the national GB8076-2008 standard "Concrete Admixtures", the water reduction rate is over 18%.
2. Superplasticization can effectively increase the fluidity of concrete, reduce bleeding and segregation, improve the workability of concrete, and facilitate construction and compaction.
3. Significant enhancement, the 3d, 7d, and 28d compressive strength of concrete mixed with high-efficiency water reducing agent is increased by about 60-80%, 50-60%, and 40-50% compared with the benchmark concrete.
4. The content of sodium sulfate is low, and the resulting liquid has no crystallization in winter use. After matching with retarding components, the loss of concrete slump over time is small.
5. Good durability, can effectively improve the capillary pore distribution structure of concrete, and improve the durability performance indicators of concrete such as carbonation resistance and freeze-thaw resistance.
